Charter and quality guarantee

Action Sport has been given the " " quality guarantee 

 is a guarantee for parents that Action Sport fulfils quality requirements for the organisation of sports and cultural courses.

Action Sport also adheres to a joint quality charter.

Quality charter:

• Action Sport is committed to organising quality activities led by competent, experienced and motivated staff who fulfil the ONE (Office National de l’Enfance, National Childhood Office) criteria.
• Action Sport’s primary objective is the complete satisfaction of both children and parents.
• Special attention is given to the dedication of the staff, the quality and diversity of the activities on offer, the security and the friendly welcome to the participants.  In the same way, Action Sport also ensures the reliability and legitimacy of our partners and of the activities offered as part of that collaboration.
• The wishes of each and every family are taken into consideration, before, during as well as after each activity.
• As for the tours, an evaluation sheet will be available to every participant at the end of each tour.
• Every single request, suggestion or complaint will be taken into account and addressed appropriately.
• Action Sport is committed to ensuring the accuracy of the descriptions and content of the activities offered in its publications.

However, Action Sport reserves the right to cancel an activity or a tour if the organisational conditions are not met (minimum number of participants, weather conditions…).
Should we have to cancel an activity for reasons that are outside our control, it will either be replaced by an equivalent activity or be refunded.

Action Sport is committed, on a continuous and long-term scale, to ensuring the quality and reliability of the activities, so that they will be remembered fondly by the children, youngsters, parents, supervision teams and people in charge.
